Robey Controls is a PCB repair center for Kardex Remstar PC Boards, including the GS41 DC motor controller, OP2000 displays and many others. We offer a flat-rate repair service of $1,000 for failures on the GS41 board, and $1,000 for repairing/replacing the LCD panels on the OP2000 HMI panel.
We now offer repair services for Remstar's OP2000 LCD displays and backlights found in their C2000 control generation. Often, the Operator Panel back light would fail causing dark displays making it difficult to read even though the screen could still be navigated. Also, the LCD panel itself would often show horizontal lines and missing information.
